Forms of Payment:

The best way to ensure your payment goes through securely and that you receive your products quickly is to pay at the Checkout via PayPal. You can use your VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card, or pay from your own PayPal Account balance.

We are soon introducing a BPay option as well, which will give us instant recognition of your payment. In the meantime, if you would prefer to pay via direct deposit, please contact us. We will provide you with details for secure payment, and ship your gear after we have verified your transfer of funds.

Please make sure you are using an up-to-date version of your preferred Web Browser software (Internet Explorer 7 or later, Google Chrome or Firefox), so that our website's Extended Validation and Data Encryption security systems can work properly to protect your details. You should also be using current firewall, antivirus, antispam and antispyware software.

Shipping:

For most regular orders under 20kg, RAG offers the option of shipping with Australia Post's regular parcel service or Australia Post's Express Post service. Our freight calculator determines the price of your freight using the total combined weight and dimensions of your shopping cart, which is cheaper and fairer than simply adding together the costs of sending all your items separately.

For kayaks and paddles, which fall outside Australia Post's size limits, you will be presented with a kayak or paddle freight option at the checkout. We ship these items throughout Australia with Mainfreight courier services. We will also contact you when you purchase these items to inform you of the shipping details, including an estimated delivery time.

If you have chosen other items that happen not to fall within Australia Post's size and/or weight limits (either longer than 105cm or 20kg), and you do not get a freight option to choose from at the Checkout, please continue with your purchase and we will contact you within 24hours to give you the best possible quote for freight on your gear.
